Terms of service

1. What TryDoc is
TryDoc is a platform that connects patients with doctors and hospitals for video and in-person consultations, and facilitates lab test bookings and medicine orders. TryDoc is not itself a hospital, clinic, or pharmacy — doctors, hospitals, labs, and pharmacies listed on the platform are independently responsible for the care and services they provide.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the medical and personal information you provide. Information you share with a doctor during a consultation should be accurate — doctors rely on it to provide care.
3. Bookings, payments & cancellations
Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund eligibility is shown on the appointment before you cancel — approved refunds are credited to your TryDoc wallet instantly, or to your original payment method within 2–5 business days if you choose that option. Lab test and medicine order cancellation windows are shown at checkout and may vary by provider.
4. Doctor verification
Doctors added to TryDoc by a hospital are reviewed before they can accept bookings. TryDoc verifies listed credentials but does not guarantee the outcome of any individual consultation — medical advice given during a consultation is the responsibility of the treating doctor.
5. Emergencies
TryDoc is not intended for medical emergencies. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest emergency room directly.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TryDoc after an update means you accept the revised terms.
