1. Information we collect
When you use TryDoc, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, contact details, date of birth, and medical information such as allergies and current medications you choose to add to your profile. We also collect information generated by using the platform, including appointment history, prescriptions, lab and medicine orders, and payment records.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used to facilitate appointments and consultations, process payments and refunds, fulfil lab test and medicine orders, and share relevant medical details with the doctor you book a consultation with. We do not sell your personal or medical information to third parties.
3. Who can see your medical information
Your medical profile and consultation history are visible only to you and the doctors you book appointments with. Hospital administrators can see appointment and roster information for their own doctors, but not your medical details. TryDoc staff may access records only to resolve support issues or as required by law.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. TryDoc does not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled directly by our payment processor under its own security standards.
5. Data retention
We retain appointment, prescription, and order records for as long as your account is active, and as required by applicable healthcare record-keeping regulations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support, subject to records we're legally required to retain.
6. Your choices
You can review and update your personal and medical information at any time from your Profile. You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by reaching our support team.
